Review

Do you like fireworks?
In my case, I just love those huge explosions of many colors, high in the sky.
Would you like to be able to watch a fireworks show at any time?

City Salute Screensaver will bring bombs and sparks to your desktop.

This unique screensaver will really make you delight with fireworks shows.
You will see the skyline of a city at night.
The initial scene is very pretty already, showing you a modern city with all its skyscrapers and lights. It looks pretty alive and busy.

All of a sudden, a burst of red sparks appears in the middle of the dark sky.
You can see how the sparks expand and start falling, until they disappear.
Then, on the opposite corner, a blue explosion, with similar effects. And then a green one. And two white ones.
When you least expected, your screen is flooded with multicolored sparks that explode and fall to the ground.

Something I would have never expected is the lack of sound.
Yes, you heard me right. You will see all this colorful and explosive array, but in complete silence! Obviously, I don’t know exactly what it takes to program a screensaver like this one, but I would have tried to include some nice sounds to make it more realistic.
Anyway, you will surely enjoy watching all those explosions.
Advantages
  • Beautiful effects.
  • I liked the image of the city very much.
Disadvantages
  • No sound!
